What, only 8GB?
16GB of swap sounds painful for real disks...
The server will have 16GB of memory when the extra RAM arrives and goes up to 64GB. Our load should never creep into the swap device.
Hardware specs would be helpful. :)
I'm going to post a more detailed blog about this server next week. We are using this hardware to resolve an issue with Evolution and cache with hundreds of concurrent users. Hopefully this will help others trying to scale in these numbers.
